We’ve built a structured mentorship model inspired by Scripture:Study and Teach—as Bishop Tuimising repeatedly encouraged new leaders to deepen their knowledge through study and fidelity to God’s Word .Small Group Mentorship—leaders meet in intimate units for study, prayer, and life sharing; a practice proven to strengthen character and spiritual formation .Legacy Transfer—modeled after biblical patterns where trusted mentors pass on wisdom, as seen in Paul and Timothy, a model directly mirrored in the Foundation’s vision .
