💔 Why It Matters
Widows in Kenya face profound challenges: eviction, intimidation, cultural stigma, disinheritance, and extreme poverty—particularly in rural and marginalized communities . These realities demand urgent and faith‑rooted intervention.In response, the Finishing Well Foundation’s Widows Support Initiative offers practical and spiritual care, providing housing, essentials, advocacy, and ongoing support rooted in dignity and Biblical compassion.
❤️ Our Impact & Stories
In 2023, the foundation built a fully furnished two‑bedroom home with a rain‑water tank for a 68-year-old widow in Narok—an act of love led by James Onsongo and grounded in James 1:27 . More than 15 widows now receive monthly support—including food, medical aid, household items, and spiritual care—to restore dignity and hope.
